Summer festival cancelled

The Rhiwbina Summer Festival is the latest local event to be cancelled.

Organisers, One Rhiwbina (also known as Rhiwbina Events Committee), made the announcement today (Wednesday 15th April) – although it was widely expected.

The Festival was due to take place on July 4th, including a day of activities, entertainment, and stalls, as well as associated events around the village.

The next event on the One Rhiwbina schedule is the Christmas Festival – whose date is yet to be announced.

All other local events have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, so even those still listed on our famous events calendar are not happening!
