Rhiwbina-based actor, writer, and comedian Steve Speirs will star in this year's pantomime at the New Theatre Cardiff, Beauty and the Beast, it was announced today (Tuesday 30 June). The Merthyr-born star, who lives in Rhiwbina village, will play Belle's father, Monsieur Marzipan.
